A process that aids someone with functional, psychological, cognitive, emotional, or other health impairments overcome barriers to accessing, maintaining, or returning to employment.

Facilitated negotiation with two or more parties to reach mutually agreed upon conclusions to create long-lasting conflict resolution and participant satisfaction
